Frequently asked questions
The short version: browse here, book on Airbnb or Booking.com, and ask us anything in between.
Booking
How do I actually book a villa?
You book on Airbnb or Booking.com. Each villa page here links straight to its live listing — you complete the reservation there, with the platform's payment protection, cancellation policy, and support. We never take payment on this site.
Is the availability calendar accurate?
Yes — each villa's calendar on this site syncs directly with its Airbnb and Booking.com calendars. If a date shows as available here, it's bookable on the platform. If you spot a mismatch, the platform calendar is always the source of truth.
Why book through Airbnb instead of directly with you?
Trust. Platform bookings give you buyer protection, verified reviews, secure payments, and a dispute process. We'd rather you feel completely safe than save a commission.
Do I pay more by going through this website?
No. This site is just a showroom — the price you see on the Airbnb or Booking.com listing is exactly what you'd pay finding it there yourself.
Your stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Typically check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am, but each listing states its exact times. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged in shoulder season — message us or ask via the platform.
Are the villas suitable for children?
Most are — several have gardens, shallow pool ends, and cots available. Each villa page lists its amenities, and we're happy to advise which villa best fits your family.
Is housekeeping included?
All villas are professionally cleaned before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning varies by villa — some include it, others offer it on request. Check the listing or ask us.
Do I need a car?
It helps. Villas in Kalamar and İslamlar are a 5–10 minute drive from town; central villas are walkable. Taxis and airport transfers are easy to arrange, and we can recommend local hire companies.
Getting here
Which airport should I fly into?
Dalaman (DLM) is closest — about 1h45 by road. Antalya (AYT) is an alternative at around 3 hours. We can put you in touch with trusted transfer drivers who meet you at arrivals.
When is the best time to visit Kalkan?
May to October. July and August are hottest and busiest; May–June and September–October offer warm seas with quieter streets and easier restaurant bookings.
